Surviving a plane crash is quite a miracle, but things get quite dicey after that in Stranded Deep as players are left stranded in the vast Pacific Ocean. Not only do players have to search for food and craft items for their survival, but they have to build a shelter too.
While there are many ways to make a house on a deserted island, using container panel walls is quite efficient. This is because not only container panel walls are safer than other types of walls, but they also make it easier for you to spot your house, thanks to the catchy color scheme. You can also use it to improve the aesthetics of your house.
How to get container panel walls
To get a container panel wall, you need to first locate a container. Containers are usually located near the shore, and they are actually a bit rare. The best way to find containers is by exploring as many islands as you can. Once you find a container, you will notice that there is a door in the container as well. Unfortunately, containers are empty so you won’t find anything inside it.
Before you can break down the containers to get the container panel walls, you need to make sure you have the necessary tools for it. Players need to have a crude or refined axe to be able to break down the container. Each container can be broken down into the following:-
- 1 Container Door
- 3 Container Panels (which can further be cut down into five panels)
Depending on whether you want a container door or wall, you need to hit that part of the container with a crude or refined axe. After hitting it a few times, you will see that it has become loose. Once that happens, simply equip a crude or refined hammer and head on to the crafting menu. Under the building tab, you will find an option to craft a container wall or door, depending on what you have in front of you.
Do note that you need to be standing near the wall, else it will not show up in the crafting menu. After crafting the wall, you will be able to carry it wherever you want and use it to build your house.
