Nintendo adds new items, costumes, and more to Animal Crossing: New Horizons quite frequently. In March, it will be adding Mario-themed items in the game to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Super Smash Bros, ranging from costumes to furniture and more. If you are wondering how you can obtain the Mario items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, here is all you need to know about it.
There are a wide variety of Mario items available in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. To own the items, players need to ensure that they have the latest update installed. However, while the update is already available to download from February 25 onwards, it should be noted that these items cannot be bought until March 1.
Once players have updated the game, they will receive a mail with an item in their Mailbox. Opening the mail will reward them with the Mushroom mural, the only item you can get as of now. The remaining items will be available on March 1. The various items can be ordered under the Promotions tab in the Nook Shopping App after that.
