Will Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity demo save files transfer over to the full game?

Looking for an answer to this question?

Nintendo has released a demo version of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity in anticipation of the title’s launch on November 20. The demo features Chapter 1 of the game in its entirety, but one question that you might have about this demo is whether or not the demo’s save file will carry over to the main game. Luckily, we have an answer for you, thanks to a Nintendo tweet that went live on October 29.

Nintendo has confirmed that any progress that players have made in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity will, in fact, carry over to the full version once it launches in November.

This means that if you have already unlocked Impa and Zelda in the Age of Calamity demo version, you won’t have to do it again later (unless, of course, you want to). Also, you won’t have to deal with the pesky Guardian while en route to the Ancient Lab.
